Right of Withdrawal & Refunds

Contracting party

The purchase contract is concluded with the Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy). Their contract and withdrawal terms apply to the purchase.

Right of withdrawal for digital content

Helmlet is a digital product (software download with a license key). The statutory right of withdrawal may lapse once performance of the contract, i.e. the download or activation, has begun with your express consent and after you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
